"My Christmas Vacation"

Its vacation time!! Its time to rest and to celebrate christmas and special occasions with my loved ones. I spent my vacation in the place where I know I can rest much after those busy days in school. In Davao, I had a great time there with my relatives.I had so much time spending my vacation with them . We went to Mall and had our pool time in Mel Grande. But most of the time I just spent my vacation at home spending whole day infront of the desktop. This vacation is one of the days I had so much rest for myself and Im happy for it. And spending my new year with my relatives was great. Its the first time I didnt spend this special occasion with my family at home but the good thing is I learn how to be independent at this time. I have so many wishes and goals for this year. One of this is to focus more in my studies and prepare myself for my college life because as of now im planning to take up course in medicine but still its just a plan for now.In my heart I hope I can be a good doctor someday. And I also believe that I can achieve these goals in mine by simply believing in myself ang having faith in God that everything is possible in his grace :)

Our grandparents decided to bring us to a flowing river to experience swimming with a strong current, ehehehehe xD. I was almost carried away by the strong current of water. Article 2 about Noodles

ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR TYPE OF NOODLES

INSTANT NOODLES

Instant noodles are dried or precooked noodles and are often sold with packets of flavoring including seasoning oil. Dried noodles are usually eaten after being cooked or soaked in boiling water for 2 to 5 minutes[citation needed], while precooked noodles can be reheated or eaten straight from the packet. Instant noodles were invented by Momofuku Andō of Nissin Foods, Japan.
Instant noodles were first created by Momofuku Ando, who was born in southwestern Taiwan when the island was under Japanese colonial rule, in Japan on August 25, 1958, under the brand name Chikin Ramen Momofuku developed the production methodology of flash frying the noodles after they had been made, creating “instant” noodles. This step dried the noodles and gave them a longer shelf life. Chikin Ramen itself was distinctly different from modern instant noodles in that each block of noodles was pre-seasoned and sold for 35 Yen. Initially, due to its price and novelty, Chikin Ramen was considered a luxury item, as Japanese grocery stores typically sold fresh noodles for one-sixth their price. Despite this, instant noodles eventually gained immense popularity, especially after being promoted by Mitsubishi Corporation.

Article 1 about Noodles

Noodle is a type of staple food made from some type of unleavened dough which is rolled flat and cut into one of a variety of shapes. While long thin strips may be the most common, many varieties of noodles are cut into waves, helices, tubes, strings, shells, folded over, or cut into other shapes. Noodles are usually cooked in boiling water, sometimes with cooking oil or salt added, but are often pan fried or deep fried. Noodles can be refrigerated for short-term storage, or dried and stored for future use.

In English usage, the word "noodle" is an inclusive term that denotes texture and culinary use, and to a lesser extent, shape, as many people may associate it with the more common string varieties, such as spaghetti or ramen. Material composition or geocultural origin must usually be specified. However, the actual word derives from the German Nudel.
